A mindful selection of doTERRA essential oils https://www.mydoterra.com/simonelambert/#/ have been woven together to bring you the most potent medicinal qualities. For this unique blend we have added Ylang ylang, Lavender, Clary sage, Green mandarin, Peppermint, Roman chamomile, Litsea, Blue tansy, Tea tree, Fennel.

The way to apply this product for health benefits is like a self massage. In Ayurveda it is termed Abayanga.

Melt the butter in your hands before applying to the body.

Think of it as self-care. You can apply it directly after bathing to serve as your daily body moisturizer and perfume in one or you can apply it to the body making sure it is all absorbed before bathing but avoid washing away with soap.
For best results take pea size amounts at a time and warm into the palm of your hands. Massage into your entire body, beginning at the extremities & working toward the middle of the body. Use long strokes on the limbs & circular strokes on the joints. Massage your abdomen & chest in broad clockwise circular motions. On your abdomen follow the path of the large intestine, moving up on the right of the abdomen, then across, then down, on the left side. Massage 5-20 minutes with love and positive affirmations.
