Bring Your own Yoga mat, blanket, block or belt if using
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement
Have an empty stomach- Do not eat at least 2 hrs prior to class, you may have a little to drink 10 mins before.
Leave shoes at the door
Do not drink during the class, come hydrated
Turn off mobile phone, set up quietly
Advice teacher of any health concerns that may effect your practise eg, Injuries past or present, pregnant, menstruating.
Please discuss any concerns you may have with the class with your teacher prior to class
